  1. A call

    We ask about the business and what the site needs to do. You don't need to prepare anything.

  2. More detail, if needed

    Sometimes a short form follows the call. Plenty of projects skip it.

  3. Your logo and photos

    Send what you have. We can do your branding if you don't have one.

  4. Design, then build

    You see the first page designed before we build the rest, so nothing big changes late.

  5. Live

    It goes live on your domain, with one page of instructions and an email invite to edit it.

  1. How much does a website cost?

    It depends on how many pages you need and what you already have. After the call we give you one clear price, before any work starts.

  2. How long does it take?

    Usually two to nine weeks, depending on the size of the website.

  3. What do you need from me to start?

    A short call about your business and what the site should do. Then send us any logo, photos or words you already have, and we'll take it from there.

  4. What if I don't have a logo or photos?

    That's fine. We can work on your branding and your pictures with you.

  5. Is the site mine?

    Yes, the site is yours. We can host it and look after it for you, or you can host and look after it yourself.

  6. Can you change things for me after launch?

    Yes, for a fee. If we look after your site for you, small changes are free.
