1. A call
We ask about the business and what the site needs to do. You don't need to prepare anything.
Tell us what you do, who your customers are and what you'd like the website to help with. If you already have a site, tell us what isn't working. It's a conversation, not a pitch.

When we do send one, it's a few plain questions: how many pages you need, whether you already have a domain, and what the site should help with. Your answers make sure we're building the right thing.

3. Your logo and photos
Send what you have. We can do your branding if you don't have one.
Your logo, photos and any words you already use, in whatever form they're in. Don't worry if it isn't much. We can make your branding and logo with you, and work on your pictures together.

4. Design, then build
You see the first page designed before we build the rest, so nothing big changes late.
Usually that's your home page. Tell us what you'd change, and we design the rest from it. Read more about our website design.
Then we build the whole site by hand, check it on phones, tablets and laptops, and run our security checklist before it goes live. Read more about our website development.

5. Live
It goes live on your domain, with one page of instructions and an email invite to edit it.
Accept the invite and you can change your words and pictures yourself. The page of instructions shows you how, in plain English.
The site is yours. We can host it and look after it for you, and then small changes are free. Or you can host and look after it yourself.

The road doesn't end at launch.
Every project takes its own route to the same stop: a site that's yours. What happens next is up to you.

We can look after it
We can host it and look after it for you. Then small changes are free.
Or look after it yourself
Host it and run it yourself. If you ever want us to change something, we can, for a fee.

How much does a website cost?
It depends on how many pages you need and what you already have. After the call we give you one clear price, before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Usually two to nine weeks, depending on the size of the website.

What if I don't have a logo or photos?
